Teddy adopts a mindset of taking initiative and learning through sustained effort. Studying Philosophy, Politics and Economics, Teddy actively seeks exposure across these fields in order to better understand society and identify a meaningful future path.

Teddy's journey in public service began in the second year of university through the iYouth Public Affairs Leadership Training Programme, which provided hands-on exposure to policy discussion, simulations, and practical experience. This led to an internship at a Legislative Council member's office, where Teddy gained first-hand experience in policy work, community engagement, and district services. From offering policy suggestions to assisting residents with subsidy applications, Teddy witnessed how public policies directly affect everyday lives, reinforcing a strong commitment to serving the community.

These experiences nurtured resilience, social awareness, and a lasting motivation to contribute meaningfully to society through continued effort and thoughtful engagement.
