Formica is a highly driven student who has been awarded multiple scholarships, including the Dr S H Ho Scholarship in Banking and Finance for four consecutive years, alongside the AS Watson and Shanghai Commercial Bank Scholarships.

She actively challenges herself through continuous participation in business competitions, such as the HSUHK Innovation Project Competition and HSBCxHKU Business Case Competition, and through her leadership roles at TEDxHSUHK, where she has also served as an emcee and speaker coordinator. Through these experiences, Formica has developed confidence, communication skills, and resilience.

By embracing challenges, reframing failure as a learning opportunity, and consistently stepping beyond her comfort zone, she continues to grow and refine herself into a thoughtful, future-oriented leader.
